What to do when SeAMK-Finna asks me to add a Library card?

The first time you log into SeAMK-Finna with HAKA login, the library card should automatically appear. Here's some advice that you can try if the library card does not appear in SeAMK-Finna under My Account - Library Cards.

 

  • You can try to hand attach a library card My account - Library cards - Add library card... Pasting is done by using the login link that comes to email.
  • You can also try deleting the SeAMK-Finna account My Details -> Delete account (found at the end of the page), and then log in again.
  • If SeAMK-Finna claims that the card is already attached (even if it doesn't appear), you can also try deleting the SeAMK-Finna account My Details -> Delete Account and then sign in again.

 

  • If the previous ones don't help, try signing in to SeAMK-Finna by email (instead of HAKA login). Note that the email must be the same one you've given to the library. In addition, you have to use the same device and the same browser all the time.
  • If you can log in by email, then go and delete your Library Card My Details - Library Cards. After that, try logging in again with HAKA.
